The company has raised capital with Shinhan Private Equity, Goldman Sachs and Oak Investment Partners, and acquired CDN competitor Panther Express in 2009. The company was bought by Japanese Telco KDDI in 2011. The provider has 169 points of presence (PoPs) worldwide.
