SYNEDGE Description

SynEdge is a Luxembourg-based CDN provider with sales offices in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. The company is a subsidiary of the POST Luxembourg group, a large, semi government-owned mail and telecommunications corporation in Luxembourg. Other related subsidiaries include European Business Reliance Centre (EBRC), Visual Online, Eltrona, Victor Buck Services and InTech.

Based on the network map of SynEdge, we assume they lease (part of) the network of Highwinds, possibly with a few added points-of-presence (PoPs) of their own.

Next to regular static content delivery, SynEdge offers private CDN, dynamic content delivery, frontend optimisation and storage.

Customers of SynEdge are, or have been Telemetry and Gamehouse.

MAXCDN Description

jQuery and BootstrapCDN are hosted on the MaxCDN network, and the company supports Google’s SPDY.

Notable customers of MaxCDN include Kodak, Nissan, The Next Web, Forbes, WP Engine and WPBeginner, and BuySellAds. Some of these brands are no longer customer of MaxCDN at the time of writing.
